Q1. What is Crypto Maxx?
A. Crypto Maxx is a Subscription Service where members make a contribution to have access to different kinds of digital media and services on the Crypto Maxx Members Platform.
Q1.1 What exactly am I buying? (Pre-Launch Phase)
A. During the pre-launch phase, some or all of the digital products will be unavailable. They will be added over the duration of our pre-launch period. By joining now, you are securing your position in the compensation matrix, allowing yourself the earliest access to the digital products when they arrive, and ensuring your highest chance of success.
Q1.2 What exactly am I buying? (After Full Launch)
A. Crypto Maxx supplies unique and exclusive educational and informational products for paid members at each of the 7 subscription levels. The educational material will teach you everything you need to know to go from first time crypto-currency user, right through to becoming your own expert in the digital currency markets.
Q2. How does Crypto Maxx work?
A. When you join Crypto Maxx, you join a community of like-minded members who are interested in subscribing to valuable content and services.
Q3. How do I join Crypto Maxx?
A. Get in touch with the person who invited you to provide you with their own unique invite link. Use that link to sign up.
Q4. Is Crypto Maxx available worldwide?
A. Yes, Crypto Maxx is available to anyone with an internet connection, a Bitcoin wallet and the willingness to become a member.
Q5. What pay processors are used?
A. We only use Bitcoin to make it easy for members to make contributions to other members.
Q6. Can I have more than one account?
A. Yes you can but it is strongly recommended that you do not stack them. For example, you create another personal account under your first account. This is considered stacking. This is an unethical practice.
Q7. Are there any refunds?
A. All contributions happen between members and it is up to members to reach an agreement amongst themselves if they allow refunds or not.
Q8. Where do I go to open a bitcoin wallet if I do not have one.
A. The only places we highly recommend you go get a Bitcoin wallet is at Blockchain.info
Q9. What does the "due date" mean in the back office?
A. It is the date your next contribution payment for that level is due. Contribution payments are a bi-annual subscription. In Crypto Maxx we contribute each 180 days to receive contributions each 180 days from our team members.
Q10. Are you allowed to upgrade even though your level is not filled up eg to be on level 3 you must have 8 downline, does that mean you have to get exactly 8 before upgrading to level 4?
A. You can upgrade at any time, the sooner you are able to the sooner you know you will not miss out on any contributions.
Q11. Is it possible for downlines to upgrade before you?
A. Yes, this is why it is best to upgrade as soon as you are able to or else you will miss those earnings!
Q12. Will I automatically receive 3 referrals from spillover?
A. YOU will need to find your own three people to join. You should not rely on or expect spillovers.
Q13. Is this like a pyramid scheme?
A. A pyramid scheme means that only the top member get paid where Crypto Maxx allows every member to earn by doing the same amount of work. You can receive more contributions than the person who signed you up, that fact makes Crypto Maxx a fair system.
Q14. Why does my referral link show up with Administrator when clicked on and not show my name?
A. There are usualy 2 reasons that will influence which signup page you will see. Firstly, you must be siged out, and you will need to click the link from the person you want to sign up with. If this does not resolve, then you may need to clear your cookies.
Q15. Do we have to pay the 0.002btc, 0.005btc and the 0.02btc, etc. every 180 days?
A. Yes, you started a subscription for each level individually. If you want to continue to contributions from each level you need to pay your subscription every 180 days for each level to qualify.
Q16. When using the hash id to submit proof of donation the system says Hash ID already used?
A. It may happen that you selected the wrong Hash ID when you upgraded or that you did not follow the safe rule of only using blockchain.info to make you subscription payments in the program.
Q17. Can I use the same IP address for multiple accounts?
A. Yes you can.
Q18. What happens if my subscription is past due?
A. If your subscriptions are overdue, for any level that you are in, then the subscriptions for that level, will bypass you and go up to the next relevant upline member.
Q19. When should I upgrade to the next level?
A. You should upgrade to the next level as soon as you can afford to. If your downline members upgrade before you, then you may missout on donations that you have not yet qualified for.
Q20. Why am I not receiving Emails from Crypto Maxx?
A. You should use a Gmail address only to register your Crypto Maxx account. Some email providers have over-zealous spam blockers that also block legitimate emails
Q21. I have made a payment, but the system has not automatically confirmed it?
A. If you have not completed the payment process by entering a valid Transaction ID on the upgrade page, then the system will never know where to find your transaction in order to confirm it is completed. Please follow the getting started guide!
Q22. Why do I get an API error when submitting my Transaction ID (Hash)?
A. If you have entered an incorrect Transaction ID, you will get an API error. The Transaction ID, or HASH code, must be exactly 64 characters long. One extra character, or one missing character results in this error. Please see the getting started guide, as well as the general tutorials for further instructions.
